Get this template
Getting a template gives you your own agent in your workspace. New versions of the template won’t change it until you update.
In the desktop app
- Open your project in thClaws (v0.126.0 or later).
- Click + on the agent bar.
- Paste the template name and press Get:
meeting-notes

First time? Create an access key on the Access keys page and paste it into thClaws → Settings → thClaws.cloud.
Anyone can view this page. Getting the template needs a thClaws.cloud account.
In a hosted workspace
Runs in the cloud, with nothing to install on your computer. A workspace that holds several agents gets this one added beside them. A workspace with a single agent has that agent replaced.
What the agent needs
GEMINI_API_KEY(optional) — Required for audio transcription via Gemini Audio API. Skip if you only paste pre-transcribed text. GOOGLE_API_KEY works as a fallback.ANTHROPIC_API_KEY(optional) — Default provider for the structured extraction step (decisions + actions + quotes). Any provider works; Claude tends to follow strict JSON schemas reliably.
